The Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) provides a wide variety of vital technology services to the Executive Branch, State Agencies, and Coordinating Offices. These services enable Maryland's government to be more secure, productive, and accessible.

DoIT’s platform services manage and improve the state’s IT hardware and online platforms that help Maryland’s modern state workforce stay connected and operate productively and securely. The office also provides IT technical support to DoIT’s partner agencies through its Service Desk services, ensuring problems are addressed quickly and that partner agencies are informed of any planned software updates and unplanned disruptions.
