Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)

Service Description


Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) provides DOIT-hosted agencies with a solution to replicate and recover critical systems, applications, and data to a secure, geographically separate environment, enabling rapid restoration of services in the event of disruptions such as cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, or natural disasters. The service supports defined Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) through continuous or near real-time replication, automated failover and failback processes, and orchestrated recovery workflows.​

Note: This service will be in effect starting July 1, 2026.
