Service Description
Everbridge is a critical event management and mass notification service used by DoIT and its participating agencies to rapidly communicate with personnel and stakeholders during emergencies, service disruptions, and other time-sensitive events. The platform enables the distribution of alerts and instructions across multiple communication channels, including email, SMS, voice calls, and mobile applications, ensuring timely and reliable message delivery to targeted audiences.
