Service Description

Cybersecurity Incidents (MD-SOC)​

This service monitors for, receives reports of, and investigates cybersecurity incidents across the breadth of state and local government entities through the Maryland Security Operations Center (MD-SOC). The MD-SOC continuously monitors security systems, Information Technology asset logs, threat intelligence, and incident reports to identify cybersecurity incid​ents, investigate the circumstances and impacts thereof, and assist impacted state and local government entities to recover from those impacts.​

Report

The Maryland Cyber Incident Reporting System provides a secure web-enabled means of reporting cybersecurity and privacy ​​incidents to the Maryland Security Operations Center (MDSOC). To report a cybersecurity or privacy incident, please complete this form.​

Submission Templates

Downloadable templates designed specifically for submitting Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to the MD-ISAC are available from the DoIT Cybersecurity team. The submission of these templates is not a substitute for submitti​​ng cyber security incidents via the Maryland Incident Reporting System​ below.
