Service Description​​​​​​
Network

This service provides a managed Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure within a state agency building or campus environment. The service includes equipment and technology upgrades (as appropriate), maintenance, configurations, administration, security, and support of network infrastructure.​

Hardwar​e

Routers, switches and standard wireless access point (AP) are provided as standard services. By default, LAN Services supports the network infrastructure to the wall jack. Cabling services are available as add-ons.
